    1. I bought underwear from you, but I don't like it, it doesn't fit well, my ass looks like it's spilled, it tightens and I don't like it at all. What should I do?

    Do not rush to cancel your order! Does the problem come from the product or from yourself? Most of our products are designed to emphasize the curves of the male body, but if you are not in shape, this is no reason to despair! Imagine how sexy your new lingerie will fit after only 2-3 months of training to get in shape.

    However, if you do not want to be in sexy shape, you can file a complaint and return the goods.

    2. How can I replace a product?

    When changing underwear, it MUST be in its original packaging, not damaged, dirty or worn. In return, you will be able to choose another product of the same value or more expensive, with the difference surcharges on delivery. The cost of the return is at your expense.

    Products from our Fetish category, as well as products that are not available and are on individual delivery, cannot be returned or replaced for hygienic reasons.

    If the underwear is defective or has some other factory problem that you could not have known before you bought it, you have the right to return it and get your money back. Within three days after we receive the returned linen, we will transfer the amount paid to you by bank transfer or on site at our site.

    3. I liked some cute thongs (jokes, briefs, etc.), but it doesn't have my size, will you load it soon?

    There is a high probability that we will charge! But we must keep you in mind.
    If you liked a very specific product - send an inquiry to us. You can even call us. We will keep you in mind for the next charge and will contact you to confirm.

    Secret answer from an employee: The boss pretends to be crazy, but we charge more often than once every 2 months.

    4. How soon will I receive the items I ordered?

    Order processing starts every weekday from 09:00 to 14:00. During this period, expect a call from our employee to confirm your order.

    We will then ship them and you can expect delivery the next business day. Orders placed before 16:00 will be shipped the same day only after confirmation by phone.

    Short answer: If you pick up your phone when we call you, you will enjoy your order the next day.

    5. Do I have to register?

    No. But why not? Our registered and subscribed users receive many more special offers with and without an occasion. Here are some more key benefits:

    These are your worries. With money everyone can do it. You can pay by cash on delivery, bank transfer and even on our site.
