1. I bought a piece of underwear from you but I don’t fancy it. My ass seems to be sagging and they just feel too tight and uncomfortable. What should I do?
Check out your local gym and try again the underwear in half a year.
In case laziness prevails, contact us by telephone or email with a return request and we will respond with a return address accordingly. We will only accept merchandize back in its original packaging and with no visible wear or damage signs on it. All return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer. Up to 3 days after we have received the product(s) back we will make a refund via epay or bank transfer. Returns are accepted no later than 7 days after purchase.
2. I like a pair of straps (jocks, briefs, etc.), but they are not available in my size. Will you have them in stock any time soon?
Answer: We restock after we have exhausted the products in stock.
In order to get the desired products in your desired size, email us with the specifics and we will reply to you whether we can supply them to you with details regarding price, delivery times, etc.
3. After placing an order, when will I receive the product(s)?
Orders placed during working days after 4 pm are processed on the next working day, same as orders placed before 4 pm…
Orders placed during bank holidays or weekends will be processed during the next working day. It will take up to 2 working days for order processing and dispatching. We have all products listed on the website on stock, however due to unforeseen circumstances it might take us more than to working days for dispatching, in which case you will be duly notified.
4. Should I register in the website?
You do not need to register in order to shop in our online store. However, registering has some benefits, namely:

The registration is a one-off process and your personal data will be stored in our data base for a better shopping experience. 5. How do I pay?
You can either pay through PayPal or directly to the courier upon delivery. Just make sure that you have the money.
